Extract the ZIP, then run “Install Ghostwrtr.cmd.” This beta installer is unsigned. AI usage is billed separately to your OpenAI account.

What happens to my data?

Your account and device access live on the GHØSTWRTR server. Your API key is encrypted on your Windows computer. Generation sends your direction, relevant session data and approved tool observations through our server to OpenAI. The server does not save your API key, prompts or model results to its database; results remain in memory for up to five minutes. Your local build reports stay on your computer.

Connected devices.

Up to two devices. Revoking a device immediately blocks new hosted AI requests.
